| 483366 | 2006-09-08 23:41:00 | if we were able to look into many of the problems in the space programme with a lateral view and by pass the tightly controlled contracts they might get some where. the foam problem they have had for ages could be solved by a thin covering of kevlar( but that will add weight and reduce payload--tut tut contract penalties i see here) so they seem to have the learning abilities of a 12 year old and the education of an adult |
