| 484646 | 2006-11-15 21:08:00 | ...so why encourage yacht races over other sports?... Yachts are actually DESIGNED to use water - and there is a lot of it out there with great viewing platforms. Whitbread round the world, America's Cup etc all brought the vibrancy of the waterfront to life. The noise alone from a rugby match will have similar affects on the residents to Western Springs speedway. More since the residents were there first. |

Wellingtons roads and getting angry that Wellingtonians are driving around on roads I "paid for", I look at the shiny new kids hospital at Middlemore and think "I pumped 20 grand into that baby". You all should try it. You'll come out of it a lot less uptight :) |

I dont think this project is gonna be like the millenium dome in London The stadium will attract more tourists and out of towners ...this means Money too!!!I rekon im going to look into purchasing an appartment down there!!close to the action..prices gonna rise!! I have lived in other countrys and i find your government not too bad..Believe me ive seen some bad ones!!! |
