Again As I have said in past threads, find me an ISP that does 3.5Mb/128K with 10GB cap cheaper then $59.95, you won’t find any. |

| 485666 | 2006-09-19 21:31:00 | I'm on Xtra's 3.5mbit and used to be able to connect at 1.4mbps. They sent a letter stating this as well. Over the recent weeks though it now gets upto 1.9mbps :) Mind you thats still not good enough :| |
