Send an email to freereport@qv.co.nz They send you a link where you enter the address of the house and your email address and they send you a 13 page report for free. No other info is required... Its quite detailed. |

We get a lot of flyers on our door from agents wanting to show us the "comps" of our neighborhood...those are the comparable values of homes that have recently sold..for how much...in like-condition to ours...etc. It's good PR to get their name into the eyes and minds of people...after all, their business is buyers and sellers and if their name is the last real estate broker's name you saw and remember, then good on them. I think it's a good thing...keeps the competition up and improves the quality of agents and their representatives. It also keeps us happy when we see that our investments are starting to pay off. If we don't go for the comps and their advertising, the flyers make good fire starters. :thumbs: |
