| 488013 | 2006-09-29 02:19:00 | Yes they do, My brother booked tickets for some hip hoppy rappy guy. It got cancelled, and they called him yesterday saying that he can get a refund at ticketek. He now has a refund minus a few dollars "service charge". Greedy Taffers. |
