487388 2006-10-01 05:02:00 I wonder if This (en.wikipedia.org) is worthy viewing for you petrol head types? personthingy (1670)
487389 2006-10-01 05:26:00 No Clarkson lost, if you hadnt notice hes got a thing for British engineering, he was adament that the British Jaguar would whoop the German BMW. I wouldnt say that 5th Gear is unpopular, its targeted at a different audience.

Top Gear is a very old show its been around in different forms for over 20years. Check out Wikipedia or something to find out more. Clarkson has little if no racing experience, hes mearly a journalist.
Looks like my English still needs to improve. :illogical But the journalist version is better for me. Not the boring O talk Fifth gear.

487390 2006-10-01 12:55:00 Is Clarkson a former F1 driver too?Yeah what Neil said. Clarkson's too tall for F1 cars. Greg (193)
487391 2006-10-02 03:07:00 the one time i watched 5th gear there was some stupid woman reviewing a lotus elise (small fast sportscar suitable for racing) - she complained about not having enough boot space :waughh:

they then proceeded to bore me with 10 minutes of buying personalised plates as investments. they were buying at an auction, the sort of plates like "AAA111", good for "hiding the age of your car".

the only thing they did right was a review of the latest (2005) ducati 998 (superbike). even that was toned down.

i do wish topgear would do more bikes, but they are a car show, not a motoring show

long live topgear!

487392 2006-10-02 06:47:00 ....my brains imploding Haha, very funny. I believe you've only learned one language.
To be honest believe it or not, learning other language is not as easy as you think especially your mother tongue is not that language.
Well, what language do you want to learn for first? I mean a totally different language. To experience the difficulty of learning language.
Japanese?
Korean?
Chinese? Would recommend this if you're a highly skilled worker, or a business person.
Indian?
Pick one and learn and truely see the difference.

English language history is not as long other language history. By the way, it is a mixed language by using other languages to form a language.

My comment had nothing to do with your language skills, Your "English" is probally better then mine, I couldn't care less .

In fact it wasn't even aimed at you in particular, But at the entire thread . Though you can of course claim the majority of the blame if you want to do so .

Heavens above, Its the sky . . . . . . . . .
