| 712200 | 2008-10-14 10:25:00 | Greetings folks. I'm about to move from Wellington (where I have Telstra Cable) to Picton. (where I can't have cable, of course) Can somebody (preferably in Picton, suggest a broadband supplier, other than Xtra (I won't go there!) Preference is to stay with 'Telstra' on PDQ. Also thinking about Xnet, but, I hear (on here) that it's not too good of late ! So ... Any suggestions PLEASE Regards to all :) |

| 712201 | 2008-10-14 18:54:00 | I won't suggest any but, I'm with Actrix www.actrix.co.nz and find them very good, very reliable no disconnects, good help desk. :) |

| 712203 | 2008-10-14 19:56:00 | . Also thinking about Xnet, but, I hear (on here) that it's not too good of late ! I'm quite happy with Xnet. Xnet bought out a torrent plan for use during night hours, and I'd say thats the main problem lately. Speed becomes rubbish at night. Probably due to all the little warez people madly downloading........... As I only use Xnet between 8am and 6pm at the latest I have no issues at all with speed or performance. |
