712552 2008-10-16 01:27:00 My desktop with XP Home displays this message when opening a DOS based application. It came up after removing Norton bits. Tried a Restore but it ends up saying "unable to restore" or similar.
Message is "SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDriv ers. VDD. Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invald."

712554 2008-10-16 03:18:00 Did that, but \VirtualDeviceDrivers\ doesn't have "VDD" after it. And it won't let me delete the "default" value. What now? locobill (11977)
