| 489487 | 2007-05-11 09:14:00 | This getting a bit like TradeMe, all this feedback :) It is a competitive business and FlashCards can't afford to rest on their laurels. I've checked their prices on some models of high spec SanDisk CF cards that weren't bundled with "extras" and both Ascent and Photo&Digital were same or cheaper. Both of these stores also offer very good service. |

| 489489 | 2007-05-11 19:00:00 | Good nay excellent customer service should be rewarded and when it is consistent it is good to be able to know the companies to deal with when considering a purchase. I have dealt with Ascent and Flashcards and both are excellent but if I am looking at memory cards then Flashcards for me but if it is computer hardware then of course Ascent is the choice. At least this way we are not wasting our time researching other company prices and we feel confident when placing an order that we will be well looked after. |

If someone asked me if there was a better service around than that provided by Ascent, I would say Flashcards, but it is a near squeak; mainly because Ascent is more dependent upon their suppliers and the courier firms their suppliers use . I have ordered stuff from Flashcards about 4pm one day and it is in my hands early the following morning . Mind you, I live in ChCh, but still - to get the product processed, packed, and picked up and dispatched by the courier in that time is good going . I have never had any product problems with Flashcards like Billy has experienced, but Flashcards always follows up each transaction with an email to check out that you have received satisfactory service . They use a decent courier as well; not a cheapie crap service like "Slow"ways . |

Bouquet: Big Save - Lower Hutt . Sensational service . Great prices . Bought a 3-seater couch (amongst other things) . Couch wouldn't fit in door . Got taken back . They moved heaven and earth to set me up with something that would . And from the "you must be sh**ting me department!" . . . . Noel Leemings - Tory Street . Fridge and Washer . Cheaper than anywhere else at the time . Cash discount . And Flybuys! And an English-speaking salesperson! Was a busy week :waughh: |
