| 713720 | 2008-10-21 20:55:00 | Hi everyone, im trying to set up a Grand Theft Auto San-Andreas: Multiplayer server but im having some issues. Everytime i try to give someone my external ip all it says is retreiving info and nothing happens when it should find my server and display the server name. I have forwarded my port, in this case the port 7777 and it worked because peoples have been playing on my server. but i cannot seem to find out what my server ip is. | LarsJohann (13010) | ||

If not, then everytime your modem/routers is rebooted, or reconnects you'll need to give your friends the new external ip address. Either login into your router and find the address or use something like: http://whatismyip.com/ |
