| 713362 | 2008-10-20 05:12:00 | I have 2 computers. One that runs xp pro but isnt connected to the net, and the other which is a laptop running vista home basic that is connected to the net. Is there any way to download any updates for my xp machine and transfer them to my xp machine via a usb stick? steve |

Then copy them to the USB flash drive, then install them on the other PC Search for the KB of the file here (www.microsoft.com) But then, if it isn't connected to the net, how would you know what updates to get? It'll probably be better / easier if you network it to the laptop |
