| 490360 | 2006-10-13 06:45:00 | firefox is a crash-box and paint is the same as it was in the day of win3.1 thus shoing its out of date and it lacks the ability to downsize the image below 100% Funny, I can resize images down in paint and browse in Firefox just fine.:2cents: |

And I could resize an image to 20% by using the stretch in the horizontal and vertical directions... |

| 490363 | 2006-10-13 10:51:00 | my firefox never crashes and paint is great for scribbles/printscreens as it loads intsantly. just because it has not been changed does not mean it is bad... usually it means there has been no room for real improvement, ie. tis good for its intended use. if you want to do real image manipulation use fireworks or photoshop or paintshop pro or any other program intended for more than very basic stuffing around... i think having a basic program with windows is a good idea for those who dont have any other ones, and this is one of those windows relics that doesnt pose a major security risk or consume ram when it is not being used (and is never used in the normal course of things, eg. netsend) but yeah, my firefox has infact never crashed... what happened to yours? and i can shrink images using paint.... remember it is a bitmap (not a vector image), so you can (will) lose some information when shrinking if thats what you mean |

I have very grave doubts about the first part of your name techiekid. |
