490330 2006-10-09 19:05:00 Yes all the ones mentioned above but the worst is Windows.
And although I haven't installed it yet, especially Vista.

490331 2006-10-09 19:17:00 Incredimail? :groan:

I still dont beleive how people like this program?
beetle

I'm with Beetle - even if people don't use the fancy features, Incredimail puts a row of silly annoying faces at the bottom of the email they send to me. And if they do use the fancy features, often the text is harder to read than in normal mode.

Another one: Windows defragmenter.

And IE !

Messenger ?
I am surprised any PF1er would still have Messenger on their system - there has been plenty of info about how to get rid of it.

490332 2006-10-09 19:47:00 IE, and TopDesk. TopDesk is an Alt-Tab replacer which looks like Windows Vista and/or Mac, and it takes over the F9, F10 and annoys me while playing games! It delays all key presses and acts as if an arrow key was held down, not pressed slightly. :badpc:

This is the program I posted help about when I wanted to quit the program automatically.

490333 2006-10-09 23:58:00 Internet Explorer is the pits :yuck:

Norton is anoying to, although the later releases are easier to remove than their older versions . :badpc:

490334 2006-10-10 00:46:00 Does Windows count? :p

Exactly. It can no longer be classed as an OS.

Messenger is long gone from my box, but you have to install it with XP in the 1st place :(

I'd forgotten about the horror of installing Creative drivers and all the other crap that come with them until Metla reminded me.

I don't know that opsys counts as a program, but XP (sans SP2) is the least annoying of them... Linux gets a 10 for loopiness from me

490336 2006-10-10 02:56:00 ooh ooh - steam really squeals my tyres! - why do i have to connect to the internet to play half life 2 offline? :badpc: and dont get me started on taking 2 days to download updates just so steam could unlock itself so i could play anything related to half life 2? :horrified MAC_H8ER (5897)
490337 2006-10-10 05:09:00 I once made the mistake of installing all the software that came with my creative MP3 player. It installed a media player (I forget which one) that couldn't be uninstalled Greven (91)
490338 2006-10-10 06:37:00 Oh yes. some of those bundled software installations just make me want to scream (and sometimes I actually do) Agent_24 (57)
490339 2006-10-10 12:14:00 Quicktime and windows.
