714791 2008-10-25 10:19:00 Hi, I have spent more time with Win2k and it was possible via help with a link to convert a partition to NTFS.

Is this possible with WinXP and how do I go about doing it?

Thanks.

714792 2008-10-25 11:14:00 Open a command prompt and type:

convert /?

This will give you all the available options.
Usually will be something like:

convert c: /fs:ntfs

Otherwise there may be a serious loss in performance.
