| 714067 | 2008-10-23 02:40:00 | So, I officially despise MSN Explorer No way of exporting bookmarks! Ive been helping a family member with their computer woes, basically he's been using MSN Explorer for the last few years without a problem, until a recent run-in with an IE update seems to have corrupted things. Long story short, we've re-installed it, and it wont proceed unless he pays for some kind of subscription (Get real!). My thoughts were to begin using some sort of 3rd party online bookmarking website, perhaps Google's Bookmarks? However I'll admit I dont use Bookmarks (I just search my history in Chrome, or memorize the useful stuff) so Im not exactly "up with the play" when it comes to how to sync bookmarks between multiple PCs Thoughts / comments / suggestions / recommendations appreciated Cheers Chill. |

What would be ideal is if they auto-sync between two machines? Perhaps a web-based Bookmarks option? If it can work with Chrome, then all the better, but yeah.. Firefox or IE otherwise. Speedy, never seen that before, looks like it may be possibly the only app on the whole internet to do that if it works :D will give it a whirl tomorrow for sure! Thanks! |
