715245 2008-10-27 23:36:00 I use "My pictures slideshow" as my screensaver.

In recent weeks some images I've never seen before are scrolling through. They aren't in the my pictures folder and I don't know where they could be stored on my computer.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks

JR.

715247 2008-10-27 23:44:00 They could well be.

But I would expect the pictures only to come from the identified folder and why have they only just started showing up when the folder has remained unchanged for over two years?

What types of pictures are they?

715249 2008-10-28 00:31:00 They are very small...only take up a very small part of the screen. They are all sorts of images, none of which are offensive. This morning I've had one showing a buch of bananas and one which was the word "technology."

715250 2008-10-28 23:37:00 If you go to your Screen Saver settings and check the Show Files Names you will be able to see where the images are located.

Sounds like it might be the images/icons that some software on your pc uses or possible your browser cached images.
Happened to me once, the SlideShow randomly changed the location of the images it would use and chose my browser cache folder
