| 715162 | 2008-10-27 21:27:00 | i have updated the nvidia drivers on my pc , and upon looking this up i find two folders 177.41(older one i believe) and the newer version 178.24 . is it safe to uninstall the 177.41 or is it best left alone ? cheers |

| 715164 | 2008-10-29 20:25:00 | If you're referring to the nVidia folder on the root of your C: drive (ie. C:\nvidia\...), then yes you can delete both as the drivers are extracted here before being installed. Just keep the installer in case you need to reinstall. |
