| 494724 | 2006-10-27 03:39:00 | Just asking around... :D Cause I'm with Actrix, on their 2Mbps/128kbps plan... And I got an email and call from them yesterday, that from Telecom information, I could only obtain 40% of my "download - plan speed" and 100% of my "upload - plan speed" And so, they would give me one month refund. Just like that! As "apologies" for not reaching the intended speeds... That's quite fair IMO. So, issit just Actrix, or issit a Telecom thing? |

They backdated it for many months and we got a refund of at least $240 (which has not gone amiss !) ;) Misty |
