Nearly fifty years since I used hospital crutches - shoulders hunched up - neck scrunched up - bounding along with one leg taking three metres strides - having them fall away from me when I sat down - occasionally snagging them on a chair leg or some peasant's leg - I couldn't wait to rid myself of the damn things. Uum, I find they push my arm/ shoulder blade up and sets them back down behind my chest... (hunch no more) Also when I swing forward on one leg; my free floating pelvis gets reset in againts my spine aswell. (but thats just me; I have soliosis(bad rotations in my spine)) I'll try giving the hospital a call... The nurse made apoint for me to return them; "as they cost $40 to replace". Thats better than $60 on the site you gave me Graham:) |
