493365 2007-12-21 04:34:00 Whats the funniest song title youve ever heard?

Kinda depends on what age I was for the songs that used to tickle m y fancy.

At the age of 4 or 5 I think it might've been "The Little Engine That Could"

Later on at a later age....maybe it was "Does Your Chewing Gum Loose It's Flavor On The Bedpost Over Night?"

And a little while later...maybe "Tie Me Kangaroo Down".....

Kinda strange..funniest songs all seem to come from your neck of the woods.

493370 2008-01-07 09:06:00 Georgie Girl - theme from the film of the same name - was a hit for the Australian group,The Seekers.
( 3 guys & the wonderful Judith Durham, who was mainly responsible for their distinctive sound. They had many hits in the mid/late 60s)

The New Seekers was formed after she left to go solo.
I saw them in Dunedin in the 70s.
Can't remember whether there were 2 or 3 of the original guys, but they had 2 female vocalists by then.
A good concert, but not the "unique" sound of the originals.
