| 493690 | 2006-10-24 19:26:00 | I have a friend in Auckland who has a friend, who has a "virus" or some other such infection on her computer. Neither are particularly computer literate. She wants to remove the "virus", but doesn't know where to start. Her descriptions of the "virus" are vague at best, so I suggested she take it into a computer shop and ask them to clean it off (being the simplest solution), rather than try and diagnose it myself over the phone. However, it's been a while since I had to go to a Auckland computer store, so can anyone recommend a good place? Preferably on the North Shore? Cheers |
