1431111 2017-01-30 01:43:00 The Government keeps the unclaimed funds Joe as I am certain you know. The illegals all vote Democrat that is why the Democrats are not happy about them being kicked out. CliveM (6007)
1431112 2017-01-30 02:20:00 Trying to stop the surging movements of peoples to greener pastures due primarily to ever increasing population numbers is like Canute trying to hold back the tide.

But the west has to try.
Towing their boats back would be a good idea.
Slovakia and Poland do not let any in.
Once you a few in then more can come and hide.

1431114 2017-01-30 06:52:00 I'm going to stay non-political here as to preferring one person in charge over another . . . . .

There are a few reasons WHY the illegal immigrants/lost tourists are so looked askance for enforcement, and it's not cheap labor .

IF a person of non-US citizenry is applying for employment, the employer is NOT allowed to ask if they are in country legally or otherwise .

It's not up to the lost tourist/illegal immigrant to inform the employer of their status either .

Don't ask: Don't tell . . . . . . . . . . . is the legal policy .

So, for a year the person of questionable nobility works for their taskmaster, all the time the taskmaster is withholding funds from the indentured drone as the employer is paying into the same funds - matching monetary funds from the company's accounts .

At the end of the tax-year - the employer sends his final quarter tax payments and paperwork establishing the number of employees and their own additions to those selfsame funds .

The employee - on the other hand - cannot file a tax return since they have been using someone else's Social Security number as their own, and they cannot apply for any refunds for that number .

For all they know, that number may be from a deceased person and applying for a refund in that number would raise all sorts of concern at the Internal Revenue office .

1 . Has this person been resurrected?
2 . When did the general resurrection happen?
3 . Why didn't I hear of this resurrection?
4 . Am I too late to get on the bus/train/aircraft/flying saucer to the resurrection?
5 . Am I screwed?

The unclaimed funds go to ----- where? I dunnow .

Can't the "not ask illegals" be over-ruled for certain jobs? Is it part of some US amendment covering illegals? or some kind of workaround be implemented- e . g . proof of recent work-birth- documentation and what country/territory?

What about employment Federal/Govt/military departments, e . g . CIA, DEA, USSS, USN, DOT, DOE, etc . Likely employees would be fully scrutinized including if illegal, or non-US applicant .

Oh, I surface once in a while, but I do try to read most posts; although I tend to stay on the non tech side of the fence here at F1 .

Nice to see you too . Where you been?
