| 716194 | 2008-10-31 02:26:00 | Using XP and OE. When I delete an email it doesn't go away, it drops into the task bar at the bottom. I then have to bring it up again and press delete and it then:( says "This can not be deleted" but will delete as I press the cross in the top right corner. This has happened in the last few weeks when the family have been at the computer. Any help appreciated..Ron.. |

| 716196 | 2008-10-31 23:52:00 | Download this (www.malwarebytes.org), update and run a full scan. Run Spyware Terminator (www.spywareterminator.com) too and run a full scan. Then, post a HijackThis log here if your problem is still unresolved. |

| 716199 | 2008-11-02 20:48:00 | If that doesn't help, which it should :p The Outlook Express database may be corrupted in some way. There are fixes for this, so if it still doesn't work don't despair. :) | wratterus (105) | ||
