| 716162 | 2008-10-30 23:43:00 | Ok The issue is this, people have bought a company nobody knows the password etc for the domain name, so i rang the registrar and they sent the UDAI to the original webdesigner (who is listed as the registrant), Will this be all i need to register the Domain?? |

This is very sound advice, the person who has the current UDAI has complete control over the domain name, can transfer to another registrar, can alter NS delegation. Get a copy of it, change the registrant email address and get a new UDAI sent to that and your golden. |
