It actually started out as an english assignment way back when I was in year 10 (form 4, Steiner class 9), and we had to invent a word that sounded like its meaning. Then we had to make three different meanings, one of which was correct, and the class had to guess which one it was. IIRC my meaning for the word was "stone falling down a dry canyon". When I signed up for PF1 I was in the middle of my assignment and couldn't think of a username - so I used that. And it stuck. So there you have it - entirely unremarkable. :D |
