Sounds like a pretty lenient fine IMO. :mad: :horrified

AND they have the gall to claim they were taken advantage of by 'third-party affiliates' and 'deceptive third parties' (ie. their customers paying *them* for their 'service'!!!)

I would have thought something along the lines of hanging, drawing and quartering of each of the company directors would be more appropriate for taking such liberties... it would certainly set an example! :2cents:

497261 2006-11-07 20:32:00 Funny how "best practices" seems to be invoked rather frequently these days following a revelation of fingers in the cookie jar. Like a lot of currently fashionable phrases (especially when used by PR persons), it brings to mind the Tui last line. R2x1 (4628)
