| 496779 | 2006-11-08 11:27:00 | So I just phoned them (hey its says 24/7).. and they explained that I was right (for once) and the only bit I was ignorant of is that all users on the 'Go Large' plan are in one big dirty pool and between 4pm-12am it is constrained(?). But if you are a norty boy between 4-12 and use more than 700meg they will phone (email?) you up an tell you off and rerstrict you even further. I moaned about youtube and they said 'there appears to be an issue with youtube for go-large losers and they are working on it (was the implication not the commitment!). The operator even spoke good kiwi english, he must have been on nite release from the local Mental Health Unit. |
