496505 2006-11-05 08:01:00 Trouble? What trouble, I just lit 1400 sparklers last night in three tins and got into no trouble. I never got burned either.

Remind me to start editing those videos I recorded

Did you do it the same as last year? If so, waste of sparklers!! You should tape them all up.... Soo much betterer.

Set off about 5 of them at the domain last night... freaking awesomely loud.

Not mine, just showing how sweet they can look/sound if you do it properly:

496509 2006-11-05 10:48:00 Sweet? Thats far more excessive than what I want mine to do. Lets just say I'm rather a mild mannered pyromaniac compared to that video. E.g a booster rocket. bob_doe_nz (92)

Sounds like a Darlwin award

It seems that the people who really oppose the sale of fireworx are those who have been blatantly stupid enough with fireworks that I wonder why they didn't suffer worse consequences.

496511 2006-11-05 19:23:00 Can never go without a bottle bomb. Plus you get a nice souvenir :D trinsic (6945)
496512 2006-11-05 19:57:00 Sparklers FTW :D

Otherwise just buy those nice square shaped fireworks, cut two pieces of corrugated cardboard to fit the top and bottom, and duct tape it nice and tight. Remember to make sure you can get to the wick. Like it and get away.

496513 2006-11-05 21:59:00 Some say tape will melt but use a used sparkler as a metal wire. ..
Yeah my 8yr old fountains were dry, kept in its original bag in a cabinet in the garage. Half went and half didn't go, the sparklers were fine thou.
