2006-11-13 17:51:00 | www.cokefridge.co.nz http://www.digirama.co.nz I don't have experience of either of them, but I'm pretty sure at least the coke site would be safe. Are you after anything in particular?

The administrator of AlbumBase cannot be held responsible for what it's users submit. You may not use this site to distribute or download any material in which you do not have the legal rights to do so." Love to know what the RIAA lawyers will think of that weak disclaimer, given that they shut down pretty much everyone elase breaching copyright .... |

2006-11-13 22:19:00 | Cheers guys, digirama seems to be pretty limited, im after more rock/metal bands, Im pretty new to buying online so its quite nerve wrecking at first. | rob_on_guitar (4196) | |
2006-11-13 22:32:00 | its quite nerve wrecking at first.Doesn't have to be. After taking the plunge as a test with a local trusted site for even a single song (maybe one dollar for a download?) you'll get a bit of a feel for the process. | Greg (193) | |
2006-11-13 22:35:00 | Yea, well Im going to try with a prepaid credit card so there is no real risk of getting ripped or anything. Wahooo!

2006-11-13 22:41:00 | On the same topic, are there any services that supply music in a form I can easily use on Linux (i.e. no DRM, or DRM that doesn't require WMP)? I don't really care which codec as long as I can play the tracks. At the moment most of my music is AACplus v2, ripped from CDs - but that many CDs gets just a tad expensive.
