| 498365 | 2006-11-12 11:00:00 | Hi, Quick question. Im thinking over switching over to Ihug call plan 2 ($15 p/m). It does say an unlimited number off 'national calls' evenings and weekends. However, is 'national' defined as the whole of NZ, or as outside your area code? Simply, are local calls still free? Thanks |

| 498368 | 2006-11-12 19:22:00 | Thanks guys. If local is free, think I may aswell take up there mobile plan ($10 p/m) for unlimited calls to a specified mobile number. My partner alwaqys calls mine! so $50 p/m total, plus $50 for broadband...$100 p/m Maybe a saving of $20-30, not fantastic, but no too shabby either! Also, I use didgiplus for my international calls.....when I joined, you needed a telecom line, does anyone know if I could still use this service (16c per min to UK!) |

You don't have to have broadband with them as well to use their phone service, in fact over at Gameplanets forum their broadband has been getting negative feedback. The mobile offering currently is one way only - the mobile can't call you - they are going to change it sometime at a later date. No idea about didgiplus, never heard of it, but Ihug has an international call plan also.....$40 for flat rate international and national. |
