2008-11-05 18:26:00 | Hi, I tried that link and selected setup and it says "sorry we don't support this operating system" | LeeVic (14277) | |

In device manager right click on your wireless network adaptor, select "Update Driver Software", a box should pop up in here select "Browse my computer for driver software". Point Windows to the location of the drivers as stated above. |

2008-11-05 19:21:00 | Did the above steps. It says in Device Manage the device is installed/working correctly. However the wirless button still has a Solid Orange light. Any insights? | LeeVic (14277) | |
2008-11-05 19:56:00 | Have you tried pushing the button and connecting to a wireless access point? | stormdragon (6013) | |
2008-11-05 21:05:00 | Yes, if you are referring to the on/off button for the wireless. Ironically, I tried to intall an external wireless to my USB port and it's not recongizing it this way either. CAT5 Cable is the only way I can access the Internet. Please advise. | LeeVic (14277) | |
2008-11-05 21:56:00 | Why were you trying to install drivers in the first place? Was it a new install, did you just feel like it or were you having problems? | stormdragon (6013) | |
2008-11-05 22:07:00 | Hi, this was my original post: Hi There, I downloaded Wifi from their site to my Toshiba Satellite Laptop and have Vista. (I was thinking it was Windows 2000, wrong laptop). Every since then my Internet only works with a CAT5 cable. I have tried everything I can possibly think of. - The problem occurs at both home and office so it's def the computer - I've tried to scan for hardware changes and no success - The wireless card is a SOLID orange and turns on an off - Tried to repair the wirless connection - Did a Windows update I am so stumped and been driving myself nuts for days trying to recify this issue but have been unsuccessful. Any help that anyone can provide I would more then greatly appreciate it!!

2008-11-05 22:29:00 | Hi, I was thinking I needed a separate WIFI driver for when I was on the train etc. My mistake.. Could it be a network setting since the device says it's working properly and ironically the external one I tried to installed will not work as well. I am so Stumped.. | LeeVic (14277) | |
