| 718045 | 2008-11-06 02:50:00 | We have Office Professional 2003 running on several computers in the office, and want to install it on another machine. We are used to this software and do not want to upgrade just the one machine to the 2007 version. Is it still possible to buy Office Pro 2003 from anywhere, or to extend the licence for the software we have to let us put in onto another machine? | Richard Morriss (5154) | ||

| 718047 | 2008-11-06 03:11:00 | download.microsoft.com Which 2007 Microsoft Office system suites are eligible to downgrade to Office 2003 suites? "Customers who have licensed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 are eligible to downgrade to Office Professional Enterprise 2003 and all previous versions as described above. Customers who have licensed Microsoft Office Standard 2007 are eligible to downgrade to Office Standard Edition 2003 and all previous versions of Office Standard Edition" however "The OEM License Terms for OEM versions of applications software do not grant downgrade rights" All a bit confusing:banana:banana:banana |
