718157	2008-11-06 19:51:00	Hi, correction, this is " Core Sender"4.0 Service Pack KB936181 Can somebody tell me why the above update will not install I have tried and tried,including rebooting As I shutdown,there is the install shield on the shutdown icon ---but on restarting there in the program bar once again, is the install shield icon. An online search says this replaces some previous updates and is critical. It is not affecting my 'pooter use but that icon is sure irritating :confused: effie c	effie c (6856)

718159	2008-11-06 20:46:00	Hi Speedy G, You must be a clever beggar- I have tried to find that which you offer-- and got nowhere :angry Thanks to you I did find it Gee whiz the entire world is having this problem-Denmark and Germany for two-- however it downloaded when I went to that site but after downloading I cannot locate it to install it- what is my old brain missing? :( effie c	effie c (6856)

718161	2008-11-06 21:19:00	Hi Speedy, As always you come up trumps - well done -the downloads were in fact,in FF,downloads but were showing a square icon and there were two such- I idon't know what I was really looking for so I installed both result ---NO Icon :banana Can I delete those icons pertaining to this problem now? I see in Add/remove/show all updates, especially this '181 update and the bloody shield has still not re appeared Do they issue "merit order of NZ" to clever techs ?-I have said this before but once again------Bloody well done :thumbs: effie c	effie c (6856)
