| 718888 | 2008-11-08 04:35:00 | Hi Team, My Philips 107T crt is showing signs of old age. What is a good, reliable LCD monitor that could replace my 107T ? I have a tight budget unfortunately. TIA. Phil. |

Quality size etc- Pricespy - Viewsonic (www.pricespy.co.nz) - scroll down till you get to 17" and these give an idea as to whats available from Whom. General rule - dont jump into the first one you see - it wont hurt to ask here if anyone has delt with the shop you select - cheaper doesn't always mean good service. |

| 718894 | 2008-11-21 07:55:00 | Hi, should I buy a broken LCD monitor from eBay at a much lower price with the hope of getting it successfully refurbished and making it usable again? For example, a Dell 24" retails for around $550, while I can buy the same product on eBay for around $60 total albeit it's announced non-functional. I suppose that even giving it to a technician to fix or attempting it on my own will ultimately be cheaper. What do you think? | navratilova (14293) | ||
