499674 2006-11-16 09:47:00 Has any one noticed the recent deterioration in the time that it takes to contact the help desk at IHUG.
I recently switched my land line over to them but I am beginning to really regret the move.
Today my ADSL service was out completely and it was literally imposable to speak to anybody at all.
They did have a recorded message on their line but that was all.
After holding on for approximately ONE HOUR I gave up in disgust.
I hate to do it, but I'm really tempted to go back to Telecom after five years with IHUG.
Any thoughts anyone?

499675 2006-11-16 09:51:00 IHUG have been having big problems today... seems they just just don't want anyone to know about it (except of course their customers who can't get on the net).

Didn't they very recently get bought?

I noticed...

I too have been considering switching to another ISP once my time has been served. To be honest I think a lot of people are starting to feel that way. :annoyed:

Hmmm. I'm usually oblivious to this sort of thing.

I have phone with them but not broadband.

Phones great.

499679 2006-11-17 06:04:00 Ques Bic Runga and Dave Dobban :horrified , I have given up on them. I left and now trying to sort the $20 in credit with them. They have slowly degraded and have become a joke.

At a guess I have spent a total of 35 hours on hold...gogo speaker phone.
