| 501993 | 2006-11-25 07:35:00 | Anyone know if the employer is legally obliged to hand over evidence (logs etc) regarding alleged hacking-type offenses? Also, would they have to hand over your emails if you believe there are ones that could be used in your defence? (I expect my email has already been sifted through and deleted). I mean during the discplinary process, before the issue has gone to the employment tribunal. Thanks a lot. |
