501837 2006-11-24 21:29:00 I read the review on monitors, under "New & Improved", in the latest PC World. The Hyundai L90D+ got an excellent recommendation; so I bought one on-line, from ZCom computers, and I am not sorry I did. It arrived on my doorstep just a couple of days after I ordered it and, from my point of view it's excellent:thumbs: (mind you not having had an LCD monitor before I don't have anything to compare it with). jcr1 (893)

Any LCD is nice after the 'old' CRTs, I hope you enjoy using it and they are easier on the eyes :stare:

I do enjoy using it . Absolutely better than my old CRT and already I appreciate how much easier on the eyes it is .
Thanks for your positive input too, Deathwish .
And good on PC World too, for their review . I didn't have a clue where to go or what was a reasonable deal . So, taking the review into account and looking at prices at shops in New Plymouth, this ZCom one had to stack up pretty good:thumbs:

501845 2006-11-26 00:42:00 ok it might be three years but is it zero defective pixel or what ?.....theres several different type s of warranty.....might be 5 defective or 5 dead or 5 bright......obviously the best is zero defective, (bright or dead) bt you do tend to pay more for that.... drcspy (146)

Here it is;
"Hyundai sets limits as to the allowable number of pixel anomalies. Hyundai has adopted the following [255] pixel criteria to supplement the existing 3-year limited warranty. Pixel anomalies for warranty must be greater than two (2) bright pixels, or greater than five (5) dark pixels, or greater than a combination of five (5) pixel anomalies."
Is that good, bad or standard:confused:
