Eh? That is not their only ongoing problems. Yesterday there was a 3 hour delay in email delivery. There was nothing under the Network Status page about this so I sat on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for support to answer. The guy said they were aware of the issue and that they were updating the Network Status page as we spoke. Needless to say 2 hours later they still hadn't updated that page and even now it has no mention of that issue yesterday. :annoyed:

The emails started to turn up later that evening and the delay appears to be resolved now.
