i agree 100%, but anticipate labour to start spending that $11.5 billion in the 6 months leading up to elections to try to get NZ to forget all the screw ups labour has made lately... of course it wont be spent on removing tolls from roading, or shortening the 3 month cancer treatment waiting list or anything else that it should have been spent on years ago, but it will be spent on something useless - just like this stadium they want in auckland:yuck:
