| 719271 | 2008-11-11 02:34:00 | Whats the OS jupiter ?? OOPS- didn't see the edit Dont have the time to check at the moment ( got a job to go to) - but look at These instructions (www.daniweb.com) ( scroll down towards the bottom) they are for XP, but since XP was built off of Win2000 the menu may be the same. OR Go Here (www.computerhope.com) - Utilities / TweakUI Hi, daniweb instructions seem not to be applicable to win2k pro (sp4). They certainly didn't work as described. I all ready have tweakui installed but using that doesn't fix the problem unfortunately. Cheers, Phil. |

| 719272 | 2008-11-11 05:13:00 | Dont have a Win2000 PC operational at the moment to check - stripped it for parts  But have a look at the quoted Text below and see if any of the settings are there in the menus listed that you can change To clear Recent Documents list (for Windows 2000): • Select Start - > Settings and then select Taskbar & Start Menu. • Open the Advanced tab. • In Customize Start menu click the "Clear" button. Using ClearAllHistory you can easily clear Recently opened documents list (My recent documents) located in the Start menu. Using "Disable Recent documents" option you can disable the recent used documents from access without deleting the list of recently used documents. See if the Disable Recent Documents is ticked, if it is untick it. |
