501791 2006-11-24 17:43:00 I notified ihug last week that I was no longer connected to them.
I also notified thei accounts dept. and instruted them not to make any more charges against my credit card.
This week I was again charged for another months subs.
They have not replied to or acknowledged any of my e-mails.

Oh well, now on to Mastercard to get charge reversed.

This is the big flaw in paying by credit card.
Surely one can expect honesty from a company.

How did you notify them?
If you had only just left then I would expect you would receive a final account with charges up to date of cancellation.

I notified them be e-mail. Six times. To their sales, help, and accounts dept.
No response from any of them.
I'm not going to even try to phone. I've got bettet things to do.
Their charge is made in advance, so I am already paid up until the end of their month.

501794 2006-11-25 05:45:00 Pffft....I'm not surprised. ihug is a piece of crap now anyway. WAS a gem, though. I don't know why they turned out as bad ast hey are now. :(

I thought they'd try to maintain their place being NZ's best ISP. pffft.
