| 720081 | 2008-11-13 21:31:00 | Ok well the thing is i live in a three storey house, me on top floor and 2 pcs on the ground floor all connected by a router with a DHCP server in it, and the two pcs downstairs have no screens cause i use VNC, but the thing is i need to get their ips so i have three options. 1. Go downstairs and find a screen, mouse + keyboard and find LAN settings. 2. Use the router's web based configuration program. 3. Use a program I got to scan local ips with in a range. I usually do 2 or 3 but i still have to go through quite a bit to do it, so i was wanting so see if i could write a macro that would run the program in option 3 and automatically configure it and then scan by its self. |
