| 503152 | 2006-11-30 14:06:00 | I was in Farmers the other day. The devious b***ards put the menswear dept next to the electronics dept... couldn't make up my mind between a pair of trousers for $29.95 and a flat screen TV for $2,995.00. I have never felt so torn in all my life :(LOL  You crack me up mate! | Greg (193) | ||

| 503154 | 2006-11-30 23:25:00 | My latest little "gadget" is a paper gobbler received for last week's birthday. It's rather scary just how well my man knows me as it was a total surprise. It's great fun to use and will save me having to have secret little bonfires down the back garden to burn personal papers every now and then. :p Just got to remember to put the results out of the fur kid's reach now as he rather likes the end result as well. |

| 503157 | 2006-12-01 04:05:00 | From personal (current) experience, rather than spend money on a model R/C helicopter, try levitating a wheelbarrow by mental concentration. It is much cheaper, and possibly with a better chance of success. :) :D Alas, the fun factor would not be too comparable though. When you learn to hover the helicopter, try landing it on the wife's head. Hours of fun, and next year when you are allowed home again, start with something easy, like blindfold juggling on a unicycle going downhill. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
| 503158 | 2006-12-01 15:50:00 | Since I don't celebrate Christmas, I still get some nice gifts . . but mine come in all year long . . . . A couple of years ago, the "item" was an electric spoon and matching electric fork to go with my electric carving knife . As a child . . . we didn't have so many luxurious "toys", and my mother would give me a feather and dip my fingers on both hands into honey . I'd play for hours . . . . greatest toy I ever had . Life was tough for me as a child . Every day I had to break the ice from in front of the cabin door, go outside and get some firewood to stoke the fire for the rest of the family when they got up . I'd go down to the small creek in the snow and crack thru the ice to get to the water to let me rinse out my diapers (nappies, to youse guys) . :( |
