| 720387 | 2008-11-15 20:09:00 | It worked fine but then wouldn't start shows 2 screens and then just blanks tried using a rcovery boot disk but that won't work either. O.o Running XP never had any problems just one day it didn't start up. | chapnis (14311) | ||
| 720388 | 2008-11-15 20:14:00 | Will it boot into safe mode?? Sounds like what just happened to my monitor. The capacitors are probably blown in it somewhere. When I used to turn this on, it showed the post screen, and sometimes the splash screen, but not the desktop. But, if I turned the monitor off then on, the desktop was there. But the monitor went off again Thats if the monitor light is still on, and the computer fans are spinning, Turn the monitor off then on. Anything there? |

| 720389 | 2008-11-15 20:17:00 | When it boots up it doesn't give me an option for safe mode just blacks out after 2 screen things. I'll try the monitor thing. | chapnis (14311) | ||

| 720391 | 2008-11-15 20:22:00 | I would take it back under warranty. We may make things worse, if we try and help you fix it, while (or if), its still under warranty |
