| 502185 | 2006-11-26 02:39:00 | Hi, my partner and his brother both have Xbox360's, and they've both recently bought the Xbox360 cameras so they can use video chat. But they've been unable to connect to the chat. They both have Xbox Live Gold membership, and they can send messages to each other ok. This what the error message says, more or less: "Unable to connect to Video Chat, please try again. If the problem persists, please go to xbox.com/support for help." I've been to the website and it doesn't have anything about being unable to connect to the video chat... Hope someone else here knows what the problem is? cheers, caffy |
