| 721116 | 2008-11-18 05:57:00 | I have a leased laptop (Ministry of Education) with Win XP. My eTrust Antivirus updates don't happen. The log always says 'The automatic signature download was unable to successfully download all the signature files'. I don't think its successfully downloaded updates during the 9 months I've had the laptop. Any help would be appreciated. | Rossini (12327) | ||

I'm working at a school at the moment and have found all the computers are completely infested with Malware despite having ETrust. IMO the MOE only provide it as its dirt cheap. If your using the likes of schoolzone you will probably need to set proxy settings to allow eTrust to update. |
