| 721279 | 2008-11-18 20:07:00 | If your HDD from your laptop is sata than you need to buy a sata enclosure, you can get a sata to ide adaptor but than you wont be able to keep the HDD in the enclosure, see if you can return it to dick smith and get a sata enclosure... hope this helps. | ronyville (10611) | ||

| 721282 | 2008-11-18 20:23:00 | but if i use credit card size the board wont fit into enclouser as its built to have 2 hard drives. can i cut the board up so only the adopter is there so it will fit |

| 721284 | 2008-11-18 20:41:00 | I wouldnt be cutting anything up, i think it much easier for you to buy a sata enclosure, they are only around $20 on trademe. | ronyville (10611) | ||
| 721285 | 2008-11-19 06:16:00 | Take it back To Dicks and get the right one it will be so much easier than F^&%$ around trying to make things fit that were not meant to fit. Take the hard drive with you so you know it fits when you change the enclosure | gary67 (56) | ||
