| 504744 | 2006-12-06 23:45:00 | Is there any video distribution experts out there?! We have a security camera that is 150 meters from the DVR – connected by RG59 coaxial cable. The signal needs to be boosted as it is a little distorted and our suppliers in Europe tell us to use a video balun. Any suggestion on where to get these in NZ – how do they work? Many thanks |

If the camera and recorder are matched to the cable you are using, it is difficult to see how a balun can help. 150 m is a fairly long run, so perhaps an amplifier would be more help. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
