| 506929 | 2006-12-15 09:46:00 | this is my latest regret, changing from my 5 gig plan to this unlimited plan, max speeds my a**, 10kbps download speeds, is completely pathetic, even at 3 am, outside of the traffic management blah blah, its still slow as anything, so so so frustrating :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: :badpc: sucks i cant change back, anyone else been sucked into this stupid, slow, useless, hole? | Codex (3761) | ||

(On NZDSL I can get 300 – 400KB/s on Go large) ( if there are overseas speeds, then yes the overseas speeds do suck) How long have you been on Go large? How you complained & keep on complain to Xtra about your speeds?( Yes it will take a few weeks for Xtra to do something ( & they will get you to do a speed test for a few days) but after us complying for about 3 weeks things started to get better) & have you got a case number on your speed issue? |

| 506934 | 2006-12-18 01:33:00 | yeh this same issue is finally gettin me down too.....it seems that xtra are 'limiting' the speed from *some* sites.....for example I can download from microsoft at really good speeds.... (400 or more) but try any other site and it'll start ok (just) then usually drop to about 30 if I'm lucky....this is the kinda speed I should expect from a 256k connection thus it's only running about 7-8% of what it should be........i'm getting pi$$ed off at paying $50 per month for this crap...... | drcspy (146) | ||
