| 722380 | 2008-11-26 09:31:00 | its on the DVD, when it says downloaded that means from the DVD to your HDD. Its located ( One way) on the top of the web page that opens DVD index - top right under the BIG word USER Example here (www.imagef1.net.nz)- then on the menu, down near the bottom, under Featured Tools - select UserOS Home Server (www.imagef1.net.nz) next page that opens, click the Download User ---- (www.imagef1.net.nz) Button, Next page Select the ISO file (www.imagef1.net.nz), a save box will appear , This is in Firefox (www.imagef1.net.nz) - and save it to your PC, you will hear the DVD winding up and the file will transfer, then using your image burning software, burn the ISO image. If you dont have any ISO burning software I can HIGHLY recommend BurnCDCC (www.terabyteunlimited.com) - second one down - its easy to use - you select your ISO image - put a CD / DVD in the drive and hit start- thats it - couldn't be easier - Screenshot (www.imagef1.net.nz) Edited: OR go to My Computer, right click the DVD drive / explore (assuming its drive D ) navigate to D:\tutorials\featured\UserOS right click / copy paste to the PC then burn the image. |
